Gale Courses: Gale courses are online instructor-led courses that run for six weeks. New sessions begin every month and can help you prepare for that big test or beef up your skills. 

Brainfuse HelpNow for Tutoring: HelpNow offers one-to-one homework help from live, online tutors who are professional instructors. They have experience and knowledge to guide students and follow state-aligned, skill-building lessons to help students master key academic areas. There are Writing Lab specialists available to help students produce better letters, term papers and reports. There are tutoring services available for Spanish speakers.


E-books & E-Audiobooks

Wisconsin's Digital Library with Libby/Overdrive: When doing a search you can limit items to “Available Now” to see items with no holds list. Also check out the “Lucky Day” books, a collection of titles that are available with no waiting required!

Hoopla: Any items in Hoopla are available for checkout immediately with no waiting and include e-books, e-audiobooks, graphic novels, and comics. (Limit of 4 per month.)

Novelist and Novelist K-8: To get started, follow the link and then choose "Literature." Readers' advisory service, with information on fiction titles as well as feature content including author read-alikes, book discussion guides, reading lists and more.
